Our luxury restroom trailers are perfect for any occasion where you want to provide upscale and convenient restroom facilities. Events such as: Weddings, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16’s, birthdays, corporate events, holiday parties, non-profit, meetings, and larger events.

Our ELAV-4 Station trailer provides ample facilities for up to 300-375 guests for 12 hours. It comes equipped with 2 private stalls on the women’s side and 1 urinal and 1 private stall on the men’s side. Our ELAV-3 Station will handle up to 225-300 guests for 12 hours. This one comes equipped with 3 private stalls: 1 men’s, 1 women’s, and 1 unisex. Factors to consider are whether alcohol and food is served at the event and if there is a water source on location.

This is not insurance. The Damage Waiver Fee is a non-refundable charge equal to 10% of your total rental cost. It  helps cover minor accidental damage to the trailer during your rental. For more info, please read our Damage Waiver Fee policy.

We do not have any ADA-compliant restrooms. We will be sure to let everyone know when we add that trailer to our fleet!

All of our luxury portable restroom trailers are available on a first come, first serve basis. During peak times of the year (April - October) we are typically booked up. To ensure that you have a restroom reserved for your event we suggest reserving with us as far in advance as possible. We highly recommend reserving your restroom as soon as you finalize your event date and location.

The rental cost covers the day of use, not by the hour. Our trailers also come fully stocked with soap, hand towels, toilet paper and complimentary toiletries. Delivery, setup, pump out, and removal is included in the rental cost. 

Your rental cost automatically includes the generator. Even though the first option is to connect it directly to a power source, we understand that sometimes there is no power source nearby. The generator can power the restroom trailer for up to 8 hours. 

Yes, we need to have a person that will give us specific instructions on location and setup options. They will also be responsible for the operation of the restroom trailer. We will go over the operating procedures of the restroom trailer with him/her.

Our restroom trailers can be placed on any flat, level surface such as pavement, gravel, or compacted grass. Our restroom trailers are about 13’ high. The area must be clear of low hanging power lines or fencing, low-hanging branches, shrubs, and overhead obstructions, and should be easily accessible for our delivery truck. 

We also require close access to a power source and water connection if available. If you are unsure about your location, we’re happy to review photos or do a quick site check beforehand to confirm suitability.

There are two options for water requirements: The trailers can be hooked into a normal water spigot within 75 ft, via garden hose, which we will supply. The second option is to fill the unit’s fresh water holding tank for usage. Once empty, the fresh water would need to be filled as needed.

There are two options for powering the luxury restroom trailers. The first option, and most preferable option, is connecting it directly to a power source within 75 feet of the setup area via extension cord, (which we can provide). If a power source is not available, the second option is powering the restroom trailer with a generator, (which we provide). The generator is set on the outside of the trailer and can power it for up to 8 hours. 

Our trailers are virtually self-maintained. However, you will be responsible for basic upkeep during your event, such as adding paper products if necessary, as well as wiping down the counters and keeping the unit clean. We’ll show you how. If needed, we can provide an attendant to do these tasks for an additional fee.
